Payment & Shipping


We made it easy for customers to purchase items from us seamlessly. Once the quotation is finalized and approved, we provide you with the following options for the payment.

  • Direct money transfer to our bank account. Bank details can be provided on request.
  • Money transfers like Western Union, Xpress Money, Money Gram, Dahabshiil etc.
  • Cash on delivery for shipments within United Arab Emirates.
  • Online Credit/Debit card payment using our payment gateway. We will forward an online invoice to your email id and a link will be present in the email to complete the payment online.


    We provide shipping to all parts of the world. We work with numerous delivery suppliers and work with every client to meet the best shipping solution for them. In light of the weight and measurements of each bundle, we can work out a delivery solution for you. The delivery time will shift upon the location and the shipment provider selected. Parts that are in stock with us can be sent out that day or the following working day after cleared payment. Any parts that should be uniquely requested for the client will take extra days and will be informed prior to putting in the request. We take extra care in packaging of the goods and you can be rest assured that your order will reach safely. Once the parts are shipped, our customer service team will be ready to help you out with package tracking.


    We will not accept returns for items that are specially ordered for the customer unless the item is malfunctioning or damaged on arrival. Any parts that are already installed and tested on a vehicle may not be accepted as a return. Also, We do not offer any warranty on the parts sold unless and otherwise mentioned.


    If we accept the return shipment, refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days and the amount will be credited back to the account deducting the transactions charges.
